good evening I have a forerunner 45 and I want to put an older software version I have 5.40 and I want to put 5.20 ?

is there anything on youtube why 5.40 has problems ?

I don't think that 5.20 was better than 5.40, and i have personnaly no problem with this latest version.

If you have Garmin Express on your computer since a while, then you can find the files on your computer.

C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\PrimaryFirmware

The folder name finished with 5.20 if present.

A downgrade will revert your watch to factory default. You need to configure everything from scratch.
