Swimming on watch

I need you get the swimming on my watch, told me to go to garmin connect to set, I have this however no idea how to add activity to watch via garmin connect

Which watch do you have?

Assuming your watch has this capability:

Open the Garmin Connect Mobile app
Tap your device
Tap Activities and Apps
Tap Manage
Tap Pool Swim or Open Water

Tap Install

The activity will now show up on your watch as an option

Forerunner 45s. Having swimming on the app just can’t get it to sync with watch
