How do I recalibrate a treadmill run on the forerunner 45S?? It was there the first time but I set it wrong and now the function doesn't come up??

I did my first treadmill run yesterday and didnt get the calibration right at the end and it was almost a whole 1k difference.

Did another run today and the option to do a manual calibration never came up.

It now really annoying me. I've changed the distance on Garmin Connect but it transfers the original information to Strava.

How do I sort both these issues out please??

i think you have to treadmill for a mile or so, then you can recalibrate right before you save the workout.

When you are saving a run, calibrate is the last option below "Discard".

I find calibrate doesn't make much of a difference anyway, I get half or 1.5 times my actual distance randomly.
