How to sync FR45 to PC with ANT+?

I don't want to use the cable all the time to sync to the pc.

AFAIK the FR45 does not support syncing over ANT+.

is it possible to sync the FR45 to PC over the ANT+, so I don't have to use the cable?

Thank you for the answer. OK! I have installed now on my iphone garmin-connect, and it updates via bluetooth. Works like a charm. And since garmin-connect is in the icould, it also appears on my desktop pc. Work DONE!
