Resume Later

Is there a "resume Later" option on the Forerunner 45 Series? I have this option on my Fenix 5, but it does not seem to be available on the 45.

If there is not, is there a way to stop the autosave after a period of time - if I press stop and want to resume later (much later) the watch autosaves the activity after a period of time and then I cannot resume but have to start new activity.

I'm sorry you never received a response to your original post. There is no way to disable Auto Save if your activity has been paused longer than 15 minutes. If you would like to send a request to have the Resume Later option added to the Forerunner 45, please submit it on our Share Ideas page. I cannot promise that this will be changed.
