Sleep function. So my question is I use to use a Fitbit Charge 3. I really liked the way it tracked the sleep stages and I regularly got anywhere from 11% - 18% deep sleep each night. I’ve had my Forerunner 45 for 4 nights now and no deep sleep recorded at all. I’m getting mostly light and some Rem and a little Awake. Is there a way to change the sensitivity of this setting? Has anyone switched from a different tracker to Garmin and seen differences? Thanks.
