Which Garmin do you have? Did you purchase this as new? Also, depending on your device, there have been reports of firmware updates causing accelerated battery drain.
Assuming you've done all of this and you've charged per the manual and it's going from 100% to dead in 1 day? I would contact Garmin Support. Chat or call for faster service.
I put it on the charger all night. And it was dead 12 hours later. Ok I will do that. I didn't change any settings or adjust anything so I'm not sure why it's doing it noe
Mine lost all its charge within just a few hours yesterday. I'd recently updated to firmware 4.10. Since the enforced restart it has been OK and I hope it stays that way.
I've had one of these for about 14 months. It's been pretty solid for the 13 months, then suddenly the battery keeps dropping charge very quickly, almost overnight. I was lasting 5 days (without a run) and now it's maybe lasting 36 hours. In a world where sustainability matters and products should be towed in the bin, this is very disappointing.
I just bought one yesterday, and the battery died while I was sleeping. I can't charge it. There's a battery and a charger in the top of the display, but as soon as I take away the cable, the watch dies. Is yours OK now?
