Bought a Garmin 45s for Xmas to replace a 235 and previously a 35. The first one I couldn’t log onto gps at all so was sent replacement but the second one they sent me just says waiting for gps although does eventually find gps after 10 mins if I start a run. I can’t get hold of Garmin and at all despite emailing an enquiry twice so am totally fed up - how do I get Garmin to respond- I’ve never had a problem getting gps to log in before
This watch is a joke! I bought it for my partner 3 days ago and it's bee a total waste of time since! I've synced it with Garmin Express numerous times. I've even done factory reset. It STILL won't find GPS! (I've been more than patient - hanging out the washing and weeding the garden should provide sufficient time for the watch to get a GPS fix whether it has a current satellite location file or not!)
Never had anything close to these issues with my forerunner 35. A$329 is a hell of a lot of money for a watch does little more than tell the time and count steps! This one is going back to the shop
