My forerunner 45 quit monitoring my heart rate, sleep and body battery about a month ago. My watch was a Christmas gift almost a year ago and it has had a lot of problems. How can I fix this or who do I contact.

    I guess that you registered an external HRM, and kept it active. In this case optical HR is disabled. You should disable the external HRM to start built in optical HRM again (you should enable it from menu after disabling the external one)
