forerunner 45s

Just bought a new 45s. It all synced fine but today it seems to have updated software and has a symbol which shows a watch=phone. I now can't get the watch to sync at all. Any advice? thanks

One advice: Look in the Forerunner 45 forum instead of the 235 forum.
