what memory on the forerunner 45.

Hello,

How can we even see the memory on watch 45?

I ask this because when I want to add a workout, it doesn't show up.
I then delete a training on the watch and the recording is done.
Is there a limited number of training sessions that can be registered?

When synchronizing with Garmin Connect, are the deleted workouts also synchronized,
are they deleted??

Thank you for your answers.

  • If you plug it on a computer you can access the internal memory card and check the free space, which is usually around 6 MB. Anyway, as far as I know, it auto deletes old activities in order to have free space for the new ones.

    Hello,
    Thank you for the answer.

I checked and I have a total of 10 MB.
    Free space = 5.24 MB.

On the watch I have 25 trainings and on Garmin Connect I have 28.
    Can not add more.
Is that why I asked if there was a limit?

I deleted training on the watch and the registration of new ones is done correctly.
Do you have the same concerns?

  • Please note that this comment comes from Swim2 (exactly the same hardware, just different SW and capabilities)

Check device.fit file in the Garmin folder (you can use fitfileviewer.com)

In file_capabilities field you will find the max_count of workouts, what in Swim2 is 25. Thats the explanation of your experience

It is indeed indicated 25. Is it possible to modify this number?
    If yes, how ?
