Step Count, Goal, Button, Triangle, Steps Reset to 0

Hi,

This is the second time this has happened.

1. I reach my steps goal.

2. The watch buzzes and does the fireworks display which gets my attention

3. I react, want to see my steps, press the down button

4. The watch freaks out a bit

5. The triangle appears

6. The steps count is 0 when it should be over 12,000

Gone. Poof. Just like that. I hope this isn't a feature.

Has anyone else experienced this? I am a software developer so will try and reproduce this tonight if I reach my step count but it's a rest day today.

Hello, this happened to me twice in last week.

Just happened to me. While I was changing a watchface, it crashed. Triangle came up and lost all of my workout steps. Back to zero.

This happens to me but after I run. I'll stop my watch and then when I try to save it I get the triangle. Then when it comes back I'm able to save my run but my steps are at 0 it's so frustrating! Have we heard an answer yet. It's happened to be a handful of times.
