I bought a Garmin recently and I was playing around withe the settings, but now I'm starting to regret it. I did put an Avg Training Pace, but now I realized the watch will continuously buzz "ahead or behind". How do I get this to stop? I just want to know my pace every mile, not every 30 seconds.
