FR45 won't start a workout under training.

There is a white triangle shows up right after pressing the run button, then it automatically return to the time screen. Am I alone?

Mine won't even allow me to push a training or a workout to my watch. Says there is no compatible device. I downloaded Garmin Express and still nothing. I'm extremely annoyed.
