Hi support team, Im currently using firmware 3.10.
I had my GPS signal green and ready when I start my run. After about 1KM, I noticed that my watch did not beep and checked what happened. The watch in fact showed 0.00KM done. I run eended my run and sync to my mobile app. The start and end points were on the map.
Strava shows the the distance of 1.53km.
Can someone advise me if I should send my watch for servicing?
I tried to do another run a week later and got this same 0 distance again.
