DISPLAY MILE PACE RATHER THAN CURRENT PACE

I use my Garmin for pacing & with my old one it was set up to show mile pace which is much more useful to me than current pace which varies too much. Is it possible on a Forerunner 45 to change to mile pace ?

    Yes, use the field Lap Pace (instead of Pace). I think by default the watch auto-laps at one mile, but you may need to set this. I show both lap and current pace together on the same screen ...
