Signals during a run in a training plan

I am following Jeff's 5 training plan. During the activities (for instance a cadence drill), I get the normal audible signals. This is fine. I also get some other signals that are not clear to me. I cannot find a list of the signals it can give me during an activity.

I have figured out that one signals is probably the time and pace it takes me to cover a kilometer. I figured this out because I always get the signals at exactly the same spot. The other signal I get is a heart with a line beneath during a cadence drill. I think that sometimes the line is close to the heart and sometimes there is more space between but I am not sure because I am running when I briefly see it. Is my watch trying to tell me to run faster so my heart rate goes up?

Where can I find this information? As far as I can see it is not in the user manual.

Did you get a reply to this, I also wonder what this means, it flashes  up briefly towards the end of the drill, but I don't know what it means.

No, I have never found out what that means. At least the heart signal. The other one was just to tell me that I covered another KM. I am now not using the coach training anymore but just pre programmed workouts to improve my running. Using that function I do not get the alerts.
