How do I change the training plans of those running coaches?

I want to go for a time goal but the training plan starts way too low and easy. Is there a way to skip ahead or adapt it?

For example: I'm going for a 10k pace. But right now, it schedules easy runs for less than 5k and not even the "long run" is anywhere near 10k.

What's up with that?
