Alarm rings automatically

Hi, I recently bought an FR45. I have set up an alarm for 6 am. However, the alarm rings automatically at any random time. Is this a bug? How do I fix it?

Having had my watch for a few weeks, this has started happening to me too! Alarm set for 6.45am and goes off at all sorts of random times!

This is still happening and I'm on my 2nd FR45. Alarm set for 06.45 but went off at midnight, with my having set it about 10 minutes earlier.

Did you figure out a fix for this?Happened a few times to me then stopped,now it's happening all the time

Apologies for the delay, I haven't been on the forum for a while. This is still happening, albeit only occasionally after creating a new alarm. It doesn't seem to happen with existing alarms that I've used for a while, only for newly created alarms.
