Not tracking my steps or reading my heart rate. What do I need to turn on?

My 45 used to track my steps and read my heart rate. And now no light from the heart rate sensor and no tracking my steps. Activity tracking is on. Dont know what to do.

Have you tried a reset? Hold the light button until the watch turns itself off (15 seconds or so) and then back on.
