Cannot edit watchface settings from Garmin Connect app

No matter what watch face I use, when I click on the watch face settings from the Garmin Connect app I cannot see any thing. I get a black screen and then the error message Problem communicating with the device.

But the Garmin Connect app is able to connect to the watch and sync it.

Hello, try to edit watchface settings with the Garmin Express desktop software instead. I cannot setup watch faces with the Connect IQ app, always saying "Server issues, try again later".

You are right. It works from the Garmin Express but not from Garmin Connect.

It's incredible how many bugs Garmin has all over the place. This is really basic stuff...
