Lost my forerunner 30

My forerunner 30 is connected to my phone every time I enter my room. I can sync it but I can not find it ANYWHERE!! I have tried turning off my notifications on my mobile device and getting someone to message/phone me but that has not worked. What should I do

In the Garmin Connect mobile app there's a "Find My Watch" function. Select "Garmin Device", select your watch, and at the bottom you'll find "Find My Watch". Once you tap it, the watch will start beeping.

Not all garmin watches support this feature, so I'm not sure if it is availble for the Forerunner 30.

It has "Find My Phone," but not "Find My Watch."
