Activity not syncing to Garmin Connect

My activity for today.   This is all that it will show on my watch.  It will no show each mile or pace for each one, yet it will calculate my average pace.  Also, it will not upload to my Garmin connect app.

    The FR35 is notorious for producing broken activity files that don't upload to Garmin Connect. Post the activity file here, so perhaps someone can have a look at it and attempt fixing.

    As tmk2 mentioned. Also, if you're unsure of how to get it here, 2 methods:

    • Attach the device to a computer then browse to the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder. Look for the FIT file based on the date, zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
    • Or upload the FIT file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

    I hope that this came through right or that I zipped/uploaded it the right way.  Thank you for all the help!  I've had this watch for 4 years and it is just now starting to do this stuff.

    No. Just share using the second method above We need a fit file from your device.

    • Connect your Garmin device to your computer with the Garmin USB cable
    • Open the drive associated with your device.

           

    • Look for your FIT file by date under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder

                   

    • Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

    This will work - BAK73635-fixed.fit

    Download the file then import into Garmin Connect Web using the import data page.
