Most recent activity is not syncing with my Garmin Connect

Question

The run has been logged on my forerunner 35 and appears in the activity logs, but it does not appear on my Garmin Connect and therefore not on Strava or Nike. This is the third time that happens. Can anyone help?

1 timestamp was out of chronological order 
 
 I was able to fix this using Fit File Repair Tool . 
 Here's the repaired file - 0572.B4P73638-fixed.fit 
 Download then import into Garmin Connect using the import data page 
 Some tips to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files: 
 
 After verifying that everything has synced, remove the files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device&rsquo;s file system using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device If you delete the files in your activity folder with a Mac computer, then empty the trash folder before you unplug your device from the computer. 
 Try to avoid excessive button presses during your activity. 
 Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express 
 If issues with corrupt files persist, contact Garmin Support .
