Likely the activity (.fit file) is corrupt. Unfortunately this happens a lot with the Forerunner 35. To see if it is corrupt, try a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web.

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Thanks for answering, I followed the steps and I got an error when dragging the file, it tells me that it is not compatible.
Was there a problem with this file? I was able to do a manual import into my own Garmin Connect account without any errors.

I was able to fix this using Fit File Repair Tool.
