Run activity won't sync. FIT file from FR35 won't import to Connect. Is file corrupt?

I see some posts that offer to look at file to see if it is corrupt. How do I send this in for review or repair?

Upload Manually to Garmin Connect Web.

Remember to Delete old Fit Files from /Garmin/Activity Folder to Cure your Watch.
