FIT file wont upload to Garmin Connect

Hi, I've been out on an activity today and the file wont load to Garmin Connect. I've tried the mobile app which normally works fine, also connected to laptop using USB also no good. The activity is showing in my FR35 history, but I'm getting a message saying some files could not be uploaded GARMIN\ACTIVITY\B1H94830.FIT (unsupported file type). Can anyone tell me how I get this fixed, it was a long bike ride (for me), really disappointed. Thanks

    Expensive Devices Have Mega Memory and Powerful Processors.

    I've now proved without a Shadow of a Doubt that the Automatic Delete on FR35 is not Working. The Activity deletes from the Watch Menu after 7 but it's still in the Filesystem.

    Garmin also Uploads the Gmaptz.img and Gmaptz.tmp which takes a big chunk of memory. (573Kb each)

    If the Watch is already quite full this is a problem.

    Garmin needs to look at auto deleting activity after 7 By Firmware Update.
