Garmin Vibrating

I plugged my watch in to charge it, I heard a strange noise and it was my watch was off but vibrating. Tried reset etc then found the messages about so many people having the same problem. What is the next step Garmin. There do not seem to be any replies?

If the Watch is OFF (Display is blank)

There are 2 Ways to Switch it ON , Top Left button or Plugging in USB Cable to a Charger or Computer.

If the Watch does not Stay On and Work Normally it needs to be returned to Garmin.

It is possible that the watch has absorbed water.

I will not know if it has absorbed water. I have not swam with it only cycle or gym.

They are meant to be waterproof but my first watch failed like yours 5 minutes after I washed it with soap and water.

I might have pressed the buttons while I was washing it.

Garmin Exchanged the Watch and I was advised to clean it with +- 70 % alcohol. Have had no problems since.

Just sad as I love my watch and have looked after it.
