My Garmin 35 GPS has stopped working - is this fixable?

I have a Garmin Forerunner 35 that I use for cycling, running, walking.   Recently it started doing something weird in activites where it stopped showing speed and the distance stopped.   Occassionally this meant i was losing sections of an activity.   Then it started to really struggle even picking up a signal before an activity.  Even standing still for 10 mins outside in clear space.   When it did connect it would track for 5 mins but nothig more.   I've done hard and soft resets and while it can find the time, it wont record my location or movement.    Software appears to be up to date on synch.     I got the watch in Dec 2017, so maybe end of life, but HR function and time still work fine.   Any ideas?   Is this repairable?

  • Try to Sync with Garmin Express to get a new EPO.BIN File.

This helps with Slow Satellite Fix Problems.

Sync it a Few Times as sometimes the files do not transfer on the first sync.

If the problem persists you can contact Garmin Support. Sometimes they Offer an Exchange Deal.
