Hi there! I am looking for someone tech savvy to help me recover this file! I can see the activity on my watch but not on garmin connect. I am training for a marathon and am sad that I can't see my long run this week

FFRT was able to fix this. There was one record that had strange GPS position data.
This should work for you. Unzip and import into Garmin Connect - AAN63030-fixed.zip
As a preventative measure it is suggested to keep the \GARMIN\ACTIVTY folder periodically cleared out especially on the Forerunner 25/30/35 as they can only store 7 activities. Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space on a Garmin Fitness Device
