Hi,
I went for 4 hours bike ride, my garmin fenix 6s pro was on auto pause, i also paused the activity for quick breakfast. when i finished my ride i saved the activity then went to garmin connect to sync but the app was able to sync only my training status and my body battery. I started chatting with the support center and they suggested me to remove my device and unpair it on bluetooth then switch off both the garmin watch and the iphone and then to reconnect over, but it didn't work. Then they suggested me to uninstall the app and reinstall it again but without any success. then they suggested to connect the watch to garmin express on my MacBook and sync, but the gamin express told me that there are files that are not able to be synced. I can see the activity only on my garmin watch.
It is important for me to sync this activity, please can anyone help me?
