FR35 Strap Broke

Hi,

My Garmin FR35 strap recently broke where the band separated from the white plastic bit. I've tried completing the form to get the black replacement kit, but the form fails to validate. Is there any way to expedite the process?

I had no issues contacting garmin support via the web form. If it doesn't work for you, then try simply calling your local support phone number.

Not exactly answering your question but last week my daughters FR35 strap broke in similar fashion. As the watch was needed and there was no time to wait for replacement I decided to try and fix it: I applied couple of drops Loctite power glue and let it harden properly. So far it’s been holding up quite nicely.
