I lost step data on july 22 when the ransomware attack occurred

after Garmin came back after the attack, I had everything except the step data for July 22. - My run shows up etc.

There are a couple of suggestions on Garmin website which I tried but still no luck.

It wont kill me to lose the data but I was on a roll and wondered if anyone else had the same problem

Yes, there are numerous similar reports on the forum. Unless, you have a backup copy of the watch contents from the missing period, there is little you can do.

If you contact Garmin via Twitter, then will be able to fix manually, but you will need to tell them the data for the missing days.

I contacted Garmin via Facebook. I told them my steps from July 23 and they fixed it. So my streak is going on.
