Changing splits from miles to km forerunner 30

Hi I’ve just been out for my first run with forerunner 30, everything was great except it showed my splits in miles rather than km? Any idea how to change this to Km?

In the settings of the Run activity on the watch, change the Auto-Lap Distance parameter

Unfortunately it doesn’t give that option on the watch. Once I go onto activity settings all I can do is either switch auto lap on or off there is no option to change the parameter

Thank you very much for this link, Managed to follow it and been for a test run and my splits are in km now!! Very happy. Thanks again
