Garmin Connect doesn't show the route that I have run

I have a Garmin Forerunner 35 and in Garmin Connect I can see the amount of kilometers and time per kilometer, but it doesn't show the route. Very annoying!

What do I need to do to fix this?

I have a same issue. I activated GPS but they won’t show the route. Running and Cycling results both not working. iOS and I have a vivo active HR

The same as my fenix3. The real-time speed or pace could be presented but the average speed or pace couldn't be, during the activities on Apps. Certainly, no more data shows up in Garmin Connect expect total time of the workout.

my device fixed the issue when I reboot it.

Same problem here. The recorded run bears no resenmblence to the route I ran.

Presume you mean that you rebooted your Garmin device, not your mobile device that synchs to it.

Will need to find the instruction manual to learn how to reboot

I had the same problem, i changed settings on the app, Connect , then it showed the route again on my runs.

Actually I'm not sure which change fixed this, but i allowed accessing live location, and pushing all notifications to my mobile.
