.fit file will not upload

I have seen this problem on the forum on some other threads, but cannot figure out the answer on how to fix the problem.

Long run from this last weekend will not upload to Garmin Connect.

Any thoughts on how to fix to get it to upload?

removed two corrupted data records, updated file length and checksum

all other data is original

check the ACTIVITY folder, when many fit files time for a backup/clean action

happy & safe sporting
