Corrupted fit fix needed

Can anybody fix this file for me? I have tried the garmin online fix tools to no avail

Jean,

removed two corrupted data records and recalculated checksums

contact Garmin support and tell them about your mishap

and point them to this thread FR35 FIT file fault : misformed data record : cases

help Garmin repair their faulty software

not you but Garmin needs to say Sorry

do check the ACTIVITY folder on your watch

when containing many fit files, time to backup/clear the ACTIVITY folder

removed two corrupted data records

Many thanks, I had checked and there was only one activity on the watch and it was fully charged. As these have caused me problems before. I will report again. Hopefully they will act.

sorry for the late response it was an older activity but not a corrupted one. My watch now seems to automatically deleted activities when I sync the watch. even if the file is corrupted as I have found out to my cost today

in the other thread you said sync via Garmin Connect, is this Garmin Connect Mobile ?

Yes I sync to my mobile. Is better to sync on the web. I’ve checked on my connect page on the web an the run is not there

this file is from my partners watch. I've finally got Garmin to replace mine I hope his isn't going the same way.
