does anybody know why step count is going backwards on my FR35

my step count has just reduced by around 1000 steps whilst I'm wearing it. what might be causing this and is there anything I can do about it?

You probably have it on the wrong wrist. They are designed to be worn on the left side. Alternatively you could walk backwards and it would work.

I don't know Jean, but my FR35 has started reading hr backwards while rowing. The harder I row the slower the heart rate reading - and, yes, I do wear it on the left side ;).

Use an Ant+ Heart Rate Chest Belt for Rowing Activities.

The Wrist Based HR will get Confused.
