Heart rate monitor

I’ve managed to turn the heart rate monitor off and can’t find where to turn it back on on the watch or connect??

I need help with this was well... no LED light .

If I am not mistaken, you have to do that from Garmin Connect. Either mobile app or desktop version should work.

In the Garmin Connect Mobile app, select the image of your device, and select Device Settings.
On the Garmin Connect website, from the devices widget, select Device Settings.
