Brand new to Garmin and wanting to use my new forerunner 35.
It turns on, but does not seem to be charging.
I see a battery status but no indication of charging (no lightning icon?) when plugged into usb port on my computer.
Have cleaned pins and attempted to follow instructions on firmware update (didn't work) and currently feel like I,m being punked by the entire effort.
Any help is appreciated.
