Language setting problem -> 0 kB *.LNG file

Hi!
I cannot change my FR35 to German Language. A look into the "Garmin/Text/" folder shows a 0kb GERMAN.LNG file. Hard Reset to reinstall doesn't work. Can anybone post the German.LNG file here pls?

I believe these can be added via Garmin Express.
