Disabled Move IQ, but still working.

Hi all again.
Another issue.
At the beginning of my play with this FR35, I changed Move IQ option for "enabled" position. After several days, I changed my mind and disable it. And from that time, this function is still working.
I don't want it, becouse it is useless for me.

Reset FR35 to the factory default - nothing happend.
Uninstalling mobile app and instaling again - nothing happend.
Changing this option via web application - nothing happend.

Any thoughts?

    I got several crazy MoveIQ events too. Did the same. First enabled, then disabled. But still working and telling me that I have been cycling during a bit gardening and other crazy things.

    I was initially not able to recreate this issue, but did see a Move IQ event reported today. We have escalated this to the correct teams for further investigation and resolution. Thank you for the discussion and we will post in the forum thread with any updates.

    Move IQ from today? I didn't wear my FR from 2 days, just connect via BT - that's my all activity.

    Today I went from the parking to the city. That was recorded as cycling... When I went back it was recorded as walking. MoveIQ is disabled. Even if I would enable it again it is rather useless when the activities are not recognized correctly and cannot be changed or deleted.

    Some errors - I can live with that, but walking=cycling or walking=bodybuilding(?)...
    Carmen, maybe we are walking too much sinusoidal? ;-)

    Maybe I walk too fast, so it thinks that it must be cycling...

    This issue has been resolved with the 3.20 update that was just released. If you are still seeing this after the update please post in this thread.

    I still got a Move IQ event although it is disabled.

    If you toggle the setting on, sync, then off again and sync do you still see new Move IQ events?
