Ways to update firmware?

My FR235 is up to date, but I don't remember, is via phone/blue tooth an option?

Since I'm always charging via USB, it is always up to date, but can't recall if BT is supported.

    Menu -> Settings -> System -> About: list of things with versions, also for Bluetooth.

    Menu -> Settings -> Bluetooth: to use it.

    And if you ask if updates go through Connect Mobile, then probably yes.

    That info appears in posts about new SW - sticked thread:

    Forerunner 230/235 SW 8.10 is now live
    This update can be downloaded with Garmin Express or automatically with Garmin Connect Mobile (pending rollout).

    Or in the manual:
