I have a Forerunner 235 and it wont pick up my heart rate ? can i fix this please
Hello! Are the green lights still showing on the back of the device? Can I have you go into the heart rate sensor menu and turn it off. (Select Menu>Settings>Heart Rate Monitor>Off) Then, let's do a hard reset on the device:
To perform a hard reset, press and hold the power button (top left) on your watch. Ignore the "Power Off" question on your watch, just continue holding the power button pressed down until the screen goes blank. Once this occurs, you may release the button. Allow the watch to sit powered off for a full minute, then you may power it back on by pressing and releasing the power button.
Once you turn the watch back on, please turn back on the heart rate monitor as well. Let me know if this helps.
