Lost phone forever

I recently lost my phone and my Garmin 235 now won't connect to anything including the replacement phone. How do I stop the old connection and setup to the new phone (preferrably not losing my tracks!)

Maybe start from syncing to a computer by USB cable, to save recorded activities. Then you can play with settings or even reset it.
