Forerunner 235 bug

My watch is stuck on "clear user data?" Whatever answer I select (yes or no) it will come back on the initial message...

I've already tried to turn it Off and On and even the reboot mode (15 sec on the On/Off), no result, it stays stuck!

Any advice?
