I have a Forerunner 225, but since I don't see that device as an option, I'm hoping someone in this group may have an answer. I've noticed the "Time in Zones" display is not accurate, at least not for lower intensity workouts.
These are my zones as set-up in my Forerunner:
This is a sample workout, average HR 133, max 144 and how the Heart Rate Zones display. My HR was over 114 (top of my Zone 1) almost the entire time, so why does it show the largest percentage of the workout to be in Zone 1 instead of Zone 2? Also, some time was spent above 133 (top of my Zone 2) so why doesn't it show any time spent in Zone 3?
Same thing happened the other day. I went for a walk, average HR 111, but it showed 1% in Zone 1 and that was it. My HR rate was definitely above 95 most of the time so it should have displayed ~100% in Zone 1, not 1%. I ran a 10K over the weekend and the Time in Zones display for that activity seemed accurate, so it does seem to just be a problem with the lower intensity activities.
Ideas?
Thanks!
