My forerunner 235 is stuck on saving and i can't turn the watch off to reset

My forerunner 235 is stuck on saving and it won't turn off at all. It has saved activities today already but after my last run it has stuck with the saving screen going round

The device turns off.
Hold for one second to turn on the device.
