Garmin 235 Stuck with the Garmin Logo

I have a Garmin 235 that was given to me back in May of 2020.  It is stuck with the Garmin logo showing.  None of the suggestions on the forum have resolved the problem.  Next steps would be?

    So you have tried both soft reset and a factory reset? 

    Soft reset:

    1. Press and hold the Light button on your GARMIN Forerunner 235 for about 15 seconds, until the device asks if you want to turn it off.
    2. Select Yes and press the Runner button.
    3. Now press and hold the Light button for about 1 second.
    4. The device should restart.

    Factory reset:

    • Settings
    • System
    • Restore Defaults

    I also have the same problem. When I turn it on, the clock gets stuck when the Garmin logo appears and does not evolve frmo there. Any other suggestions? None of these actually work. I've been repeatedly trying to restart it, but it always gets stuck. As it is stuck, I cannot do the factory reset.

    Any help would be highly appreciated!
