Forerunner 201 how can you download times

I have completed a 100 marathons using a Garmin Forerunner 201. Anyone got any idea how to get the times from the forerunner onto the Garmin connect app and then to Strava. Any help appreciated Thanks

If you never offloaded those activities from your watch to a computer, then there is no chance that the watch still holds all the data.
